Disabled Access

ExCeL London has integrated, unrestricted disabled access with full access to all facilities, parking and public transport. All exhibitors' stands are DDA compliant.

Some of the facilities on offer include disabled parking, disabled bathrooms, wheelchair hire, and assistance bars, reception desks and self service equipment (such as cash machines) at a height suitable for wheelchair users. Carers for the disabled are admitted free to Taste of Christmas. Please note that free carer tickets will only be given when accompanying a purchased ticket, and carer tickets will be for standard entry only. Carers will be admitted access to any special show areas, eg. the VIP Lounge, if accompanying a visitor with access to that area, but will not receive any of the additional benefits of those ticket types.
