Cheese and Wine Theatre in association with Tickler

For a snapshot of the best in British cheese, visitors to Taste of Christmas 2012 could browse the boutique market and sample a range of cheeses large enough to sate the most ardent fromage fanatic.

The Cheese and Wine Theatre in association with Tickler hosted cheese masterclasses and wine matching sessions, led by Taste's resident wine ambassador Neil Philips and Tickler's Head of Cheese Grading, Richard Newell. Designed to give you all the hints and tips you need to pick the perfect cheese for your Christmas table or to match your favourite tipple, they also gave the perfect opportunity to taste some of the cheeses made at Tickler's award winning Taw Valley creamery.
